Ceramic building material with double tube tiles covering the house. It has a semi cylindrical shape with a concave convex tongue at the front end. Some individual cylinder tiles have tile nail holes. The instrument is decorated with thicker rope patterns. In addition to the plain surface, there are often decorative patterns such as pockmarks, oblique grid patterns, and diamond patterns inside the vessel. The body length is generally over 40 centimeters, with some reaching over 50 centimeters in length and a diameter of about 11 centimeters. It is usually handmade or molded, with cutting marks on both sides, and the tongue is rotated by a ceramic wheel. The whole machine is not neat enough and appears rough. But the heat is high and quite hard. The double tube tiles are yang tiles, and when covering the house, the tongue end faces upwards and is interlocked with each other. It is matched with board tiles and tile roofs and used in the palaces and other important buildings of the Chu state. It has been extensively discovered in the Chu city ruins, and its popularity dates back to the mid Spring and Autumn period to the late Warring States period.
